This is a winning combination of activities sure to brighten up your day! You will learn and develop the fundamental skills involved in stand-up paddleboarding and continue to refine them whilst travelling along the coast to local play-spots and jump sites. This activity is suitable for EVERYONE, the jumps all have lower options and the choice of play spots are tailored to the desires of the group. Young, old and everyone in-between having been thoroughly enjoying this activity.

Course Content +
We will be spending the day learning about SUP’s and coasteering. What a great combination.
Lots of fun will be had whilst we explore our amazing coastline, sometimes in the water and sometimes on.
We’ll find a spot for some lunch, maybe a secluded beach, maybe a rocky ledge. It’s all part of the adventure.
With plenty of scope for personalised coaching, we can help you reach your highest potential throughout the course.

Experience level? +
To attend this course, you should:
- Be comfortable in and on the water
- Be able to swim or be happy to float
- Have preferably paddled a SUP before, but it might also be your first time.
Age restrictions? +
The course is suitable for all ages above 10 years old ( if you have younger children drop us a message and we’ll see what we can sort out). All under 18 year olds need to be accompanied by an adult.
Who is the course for? +
Anyone and everyone.
This is a great way of combining a SUP journey with the brilliant past time of Coasteering. Both involve journeying along our amazing coastline sometimes on a board and sometimes in the water. Great fun, even on a soggy day.
Qualifications gained? +
Not applicable on this course but if you are interested in developing your SUP skills check out our other courses.
Where? +
You’ll meet at our base near Solva to get kitted up (exact location will be shared in your confirmation of booking) and we’ll head to a nearby harbour which we’ve chosen to best suit the conditions on the day.

What to Bring +
In your confirmation of booking, you’ll receive a full list of basic items to bring on the day e.g. bathers to wear under the wetsuit, a water bottle, a towel, old shoes or wetsuit boots etc. If you are out for the day please make sure you are bringing food and water for the day.
